Designed a desktop dashboard for a complex B2B construction procurement platform that enables businesses to create tender-based quotations for building materials using standard industry codes and cost structures. Vendors submit detailed proposals aligned with tender requirements, while the platform owner reviews, compares, and selects the most competitive quotations across multiple vendors.
